Summary, etc.	Este artículo describe el índice de avisos de empleo, el cual busca entregar información sobre la demanda insatisfecha de trabajo al recoger antecedentes sobre acciones de los empleadores para contratar trabajadores. El nuevo índice, además de seguir otra metodología, toma en consideración algunas dificultades detectadas en el índice de vacantes de trabajo publicado por el Banco. Se observa que el índice de avisos exhibe un comportamiento menos volátil que el índice de vacantes.
