Resumen: La reciente crisis financiera expuso tanto una fe naïve en los modelos matemáticos para manejar el riesgo como una cruda cultura de codicia que abarca el riesgo. Este libro explora las culturas de finanzas en sitios como el gobierno corporativo, los fondos de cobertura, los bancos centrales, la City de Londres y Wall Street, y las pequeñas y medianas empresas. Utiliza diferentes métodos para explorar estas culturas y su interacción con diferentes órdenes financieros para mejorar nuestra comprensión de la dinámica de la crisis financiera.
